Our Approach

This is to introduce SAMANVAYA - a TRUST that has been set up by a group of individuals residing in Davanagere District, Karnataka to uplift illiterate and poor people. The Trust has mandated itself to promote an ecosystem that is intrinsically sustainable and to create conditions that ensure and secure their future. We are running this organization from past 3 years without any financial expectation and support. We have tried to help people sincerely, especially for agriculturists ,women's self-help groups & youths. Till now we have conducted several awareness campaigns. Initially we are concentrating on agriculture (natural farming) , women & youth empowerment.

Unemployment is one of the burning issues among youth. Due to lack of right skill, the poor people unable to utilize the available local resources. Hence they started migrating to different places in India and working as a daily labors, construction workers, cooks, brick workers on daily wages. Based on the above problems, Samanvaya designed a program. “Enhancing employability through vocational & skill development among villages of Jagalur Taluk” with the motto of building skill creating opportunities.
